Applications

Construction

Drones document construction sites and build activity. Regularly scheduled flights provide a bird's eye view of the construction progress.  Drones can pinpoint areas that need attention, as well as keep track of equipment and materials locations.

After completion of sections, a drone can thermal image a building to confirm proper heat and cooling insulation.

Building and Plant Maintenance - Condition Monitoring and Troubleshooting

Drones find problems in hard, and unsafe to reach building or plant locations. Routine monitoring of equipment condition can spot equipment problems, such as leaks, broken or non functioning parts, before they become bigger maintenance issues. Setting up ladders and scaffolding for dangerous climbing can be avoided or significantly reduced.

Drones perform time lapse photography to monitor change over time.  For daily or greater intervals, an autonomous mission is configured to repeat the exact flight each interval.

Real Estate

For unique presentation of properties, drones excel.  Over flights and circling point of interest missions provide perspective for buyers. The drones can document the condition of structures and equipment in hard to view locations.

Marketing - Advertising

Whether it is nature views or city lights, drones give that added dimension to videography and photography.  Dramatic flair is one of the strong points of drone views.

Special Events - Private

An aerial video and photos of a special event will provide a memorable view.

Medical Deliveries - Rescue Missions

Drones reach people in remote locations in rough terrain before first responders, bringing supplies and assistance to stranded victims and patients.  Flooded areas, mountainous terrain where landslides or avalanches close roads, and areas that are without facilities or infrastructure benefit from the use of rescue and relief drones.

Fire Fighting

Fire departments use drones for quick assessment of a structural or wilderness fire.  Thermal imaging for rapid hot spot location helps to find stranded occupants, and the source and extent of a fire.

A combination of thermal imaging and visible light video signals can be used to help verify the locations.

Another application is post fire damage assessment in hard to reach and unsafe building areas.

In-house Programs

Large and small organizations with extensive use needs can set up in-house programs for a variety of needs. Use cases continue to be developed.
