LE3 Aerial Photography

Drones are used to help document construction sites. Regular progress flights give overview of the construction activity and document the location of equipment and materials.

Load carrying drones ferry smaller equipment items at construction sites (within line of sight).

Real Estate

For high quality presentation of properties, drones excel.  Over flights and rotating point of interest missions provide a unique perspective for prospective buyers. The drones also document the condition of structures and equipment in hard to view locations.

Marketing - Advertising

Whether it is nature views or city lights, drones give added dimension to photography and videography.  Dramatic flair is one of the strong points of drone videography.

Special Events - Private

An aerial view of a special event will provide a memorable unique perspective to the photography.

Building and Plant Maintenance - Condition Monitoring and Troubleshooting

Drones find problems in hard, and unsafe to reach building or plant locations. Routine monitoring of equipment conditions can spot equipment problems, such as leaks, broken or non functioning parts, before they become bigger maintenance issues. Many hours of setting up ladders and scaffolding with dangerous climbing can be avoided or reduced.

Drones perform time lapse photography to monitor change over time.  For daily or greater intervals, an autonomous mission is configured to repeat the exact flight each interval.

Medical Deliveries - Rescue Missions

Drones reach people in remote locations in rough terrain before first responders, bringing supplies and assistance to stranded victims and patients.  Flooded areas, mountainous terrain where landslides or avalanches close roads, and areas that are without facilities or infrastructure benefit from the use of rescue and relief drones.

Fire Fighting

Fire departments are starting to selectively use drones for quick assessment of a structural or wilderness fire.  Thermal imaging for rapid hot spot location helps to find stranded occupants, and the source and extent of a fire.

A combination of thermal imaging and visible light video signals can be used to help verify the locations.

Another application is post fire damage assessment in hard to reach and unsafe building areas.

In-house Programs

Larger organizations and smaller ones with extensive use needs can set up in-house programs for a variety of needs. Use cases continue to be developed.
